Tatum Neill is the Environmental Sustainability Director for Neill Corporation where he focuses on energy efficiency and waste reduction. Tatum believes that being environmentally conscious as a business is not only beneficial to the health of the planet but also the economic health of the business. He has given numerous talks about "green" business practices to such organizations as the Sierra Club, Louisiana Environmental Action Network, and the LA Department of Environmental Quality as well as lecturing at Tulane and Southeastern Louisiana University. Tatum's most recent work, with the Alliance for Affordable Energy, has been creating "green" solutions to salon energy efficiency and waste reduction that have a positive impact on a salon's bottom line.
